In 2001, he moved to Canada from the Netherlands at the request of his Holland based employer at the time with the assignment of developing and executing a turn-around strategy for a Canadian based manufacturing subsidiary that was struggling. Account Executive
My role at InterAtlas Chemical is to understand the needs and objectives of customers by maintaining regular and clear communication. We aim to be more reliable and proactive in our security of supply than domestic suppliers are. To achieve this, I work closely with both the customer and our team at InterAtlas to make purchasing raw materials seamless, helping the client to compete.
Johnny Paiva
Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager at InterAtlas Chemical, it is my role to identify new business opportunities, to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and suppliers. I also work closely with our sales and leadership teams, with the objective for InterAtlas Chemical to be more reliable than the domestic producers. The ultimate goal is to help our clients to compete.
Matthew Lake
Partner & CFO
Before becoming CFO with InterAtlas, Matthew served as a Senior Manager for Wormald Masse Keen Lopinski LLP Chartered Accountants in St. Catharines, Ontario. At the firm, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of his client base, ranging from audit and tax to governance and business advisory services, as well as managing a team of staff accountants. My role at InterAtlas Chemical is to build long term, strategic partnerships with our suppliers, so that our customers can compete and grow within their marketplace. As such, I work closely with sales, planning, and logistics in order to create a flexible, reliable supply chain of 1-2 day final lead times for our customers. It is important to us that our clients feel like colleagues, by providing consistent and transparent communication so that they can effectively compete.
