Partner & Chief Financial Officer

Before becoming CFO with InterAtlas, Matthew served as a Senior Manager for Wormald Masse Keen Lopinski LLP Chartered Accountants in St. Catharines, Ontario. At the firm, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of his client base, ranging from audit and tax to governance and business advisory services, as well as managing a team of staff accountants.

Matthew has served InterAtlas Chemical Inc. as Chief Financial Officer since September of 2019. As CFO, Matthew is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial functions, working closely with the CEO, Alex, and CCO, Kevin, to oversee the direction of the InterAtlas companies, and with the staff in implementing this direction.

Matthew graduated from Brock University’s Bachelor of Accounting Honours co-op program in 2010 and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.
