As Buyer of Asian Markets at InterAtlas Chemical, I leverage my languages, heritage and cross-cultural expertise to identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships across Asia. My objective is to introduce qualified Asian vendors to North American and European opportunities with InterAtlas, building reliable and competitive supply chains that enable our suppliers and customers to compete effectively in their markets.

As a Business Support Manager-Operations, my role drives projects from start to finish, I help to manage daily operations, enhance efficiency, and bridge communication across all departments. By collaborating closely with team members, clients, and vendors, my role strengthens relationships. I also facilitate team collaboration to achieve clear objectives across the company.

Prior to founding InterAtlas, Alex worked internationally in a variety of Sales and Management positions. In 2001, he moved to Canada from the Netherlands at the request of his Holland based employer at the time with the assignment of developing and executing a turn-around strategy for a Canadian based manufacturing subsidiary that was struggling. Johnny Paiva
Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager at InterAtlas Chemical, it is my role to identify new business opportunities, to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and suppliers. I also work closely with our sales and leadership teams, with the objective for InterAtlas Chemical to be more reliable than the domestic producers. The ultimate goal is to help our clients to compete.
In my role as Senior Logistics Coordinator, I am bringing decades of experience in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management. In my day-to-day activities, I am planning the most efficient transportation routes and streamlining all import freight and customs clearance procedures. It is my daily objective that InterAtlas lives up to its reputation of security of supply.

My role at InterAtlas Chemical is to build long term, strategic partnerships with our suppliers, so that our customers can compete and grow within their marketplace. As such, I work closely with sales, planning, and logistics in order to create a flexible, reliable supply chain of 1-2 day final lead times for our customers. It is important to us that our clients feel like colleagues, by providing consistent and transparent communication so that they can effectively compete.

As Controller at InterAtlas Chemical, I bring over 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including 5+ years in financial leadership. I work closely with the CFO and senior management to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis across our global operations. I lead the end-to-end accounting function, mentor junior staff, and provide actionable financial insights that support both operational execution and strategic planning. My focus is on optimizing processes, strengthening financial accuracy, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making company-wide.
