HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Safe operating of commercial vehicle in compliance with company and Department of Transportation regulations to ensure the efficient pickup and delivery of loads; local and regional routes.
- Complete Electronic logs, Pre and Post Trip inspections and other required paperwork in accordance with all laws, regulations and employer requirements.
- Effectively communicate with dispatch, customers, emergency services, and management.
- Any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A License with TWO (2) year minimum driving experience, within the last FIVE (5) years
- HAZ-MAT and TANKER endorsement required
- TWIC Card required
- Valid DOT Physical Medical Card required
- One layover per week required
- Three years Accident Free
- Port experience a must
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must have basic English proficiency
- Physically able to perform routine vehicle inspections
